Erosion Control Fines
No approved plan/grading without a permit (includes single-family lots): $5,000
Failure to renew permit: $500
Failure to follow approved plan, or obtain signed plan prior to work: $3,000
Failure to submit revised plan: $2,500
Graded slopes and fill too steep:$1,500
Unprotected slopes (see failure to provide ground cover in 7 days): $1,000
Lack of Maintenance: $2,000
